About Bistro Six One

Bistro Six One is located in downtown Niagara On the Lake, Ontario. Our Bistro has a perfect balance between an informal atmosphere and unique fresh cuisine. Our menu items are prepared fresh when ordered, from pastas, to our wood oven pizzas and sandwiches, to our unique entrees.

We have complimented our menu with a wine list that showcases the great value of our local wines as well as favourites from the old world. We invite you to experience it for yourself.


Our Chef

Our Chef, Jeff Hicks, recieved his papers in 1992 and has been fortunate to work throughout the Niagara Region.  He has trained with Chef's from Farafalle's, Casino Niagara, Prince of Wales and the Pillar and Post.  He then became the Chef of Remington of Montana's in Niagara Falls.  We are proud to say he has brought his unique style to Bistro Six One.  He believes in simple dishes where he can showcase the quality and flavour of the cuisine that we serve.
